What is deep cleaning?
We recommend a deep cleaning if you have not had your home professionally cleaned within the past 3 months.
To achieve the cleanest, healthiest environment for your home, Elite Upkeep Crew utilizes a detailed process to provide homes a deep clean. In addition to cleaning all the expected areas in your home during the first clean, Elite Upkeep Crew will damp wipe your baseboards, windowsills, and door ledges – removing the dust and grime buildup. Elite Upkeep Crew will vacuum and disinfect all vents, as well as edge all rooms with the vacuum. We will vacuum floor to ceiling in the corners of each room we clean, and then corner to corner along the tops of the walls to remove any cobwebs and dust up high. Team members will spend extra time in the kitchen and the bathrooms to clean away scale and soap buildup on the first visit. We clean the kitchen floor, bathroom floors and the entry foyer. We use products and HEPA-filtered vacuums to remove allergens out of the air and furniture, as well as cleaning under beds and on top of appliances.
It does not include cleaning closets, interior windows, interior walls, inside the oven, inside the cabinets, inside drawers, inside microwaves, or inside the refrigerator, all of which are available at an additional cost.
What is a Move In/Move Out cleaning?
We all know moving is stressful. Combine that with all the boxes that need to be packed, furniture moved, and a long list of other preparations can be extremely time consuming. Our move in/move out cleanings are designed to prepare a home for a new tenant.
It includes cleaning inside of the oven, insides of the cabinets and drawers, inside of the refrigerator, cleaning baseboards, closets, interior windows and interior walls.
Do I get a discount if I'm a frequent customer?
Yes, customers who sign up for a recurring cleaning service will receive discounts. For weekly service, you will receive a 20% discount. For service every 2 weeks, we have a 15% discount. For service every 4 weeks, you will get a 10% discount.

What if I want a cleaner by the hour?
If you would like to forgo our standard pricing and hire us on an HOURLY basis, we can provide this at a cost of $50/hour. Our minimum appointment time is 2 hours.

What if my regular appointment falls on a holiday?
If your appointment falls on a holiday, we will speak to you in advance to make arrangements to clean your home on another day that same week.
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Modifying your schedule is easy. There’s no question that life can be unpredictable. But you’ll never need to worry when something unexpected arises. If you have to change a cleaning date, just let us know as soon as possible. We do appreciate notification at least 48 hours in advance, so we can easily reschedule your clean. There will be a fee of 50% of the total service cost less tip if you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
Is there a contract or any obligations with signing up?
No! Setting up a recurring service will not lock you into any obligations or contracts. You can freely cancel or reschedule anytime, as long as it's 24 hours or more before the next scheduled booking to avoid a late cancellation fee! You will receive reminders via email on your upcoming booking.
How often should Elite Upkeep Crew clean my home or business?
Our customers differ in their individual needs, therefore it is difficult to provide specific guidance. Typically, our customers schedule a deep clean of their home or business followed by a recurring cleaning appointment. By following this model, you can rest assured that your home or business is always clean and in top shape.
Do I need to do anything before my cleaning team arrives?
The cleaning service from Elite Upkeep Crew is here to help. To allow us to be most efficient, it is helpful if you pick up toys, laundry, household items, and clutter before the team arrives. This allows us to move through your home more quickly, which can lessen the cost. Leave fresh linens out so we can change the bedding and towels. And put away any important documents and valuables. No worries though, we’re ready to tackle messes, and will neatly pile and arrange any items left on floors or furniture.
Must I be home when you clean my house?
It's your choice but giving us ready access to your home on your day of service is important. Many of our customers prefer to give us a key. Others leave a key in a lockbox and provide us with the codes for the box and/or alarm system. Should you choose to give us a key, it will be stored in a locked key storage device to which only our managers have access. The key is issued to the cleaning team leader on the day of your clean. The team leader returns the key at the end of the day and management returns it to the secured container.
What if my cleaning team missed a spot?
Call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area, free of charge.
What are your rates for house cleaning services?
Fees are based on the condition and size of your home, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. It is best to contact Elite Upkeep Crew for an estimate. Our sales consultants will walk you through our cleaning processes and provide you with a price for a service that has been created to fit your specific needs. We provide free, no obligation estimates for cleaning service right over the phone!

How do I schedule a cleaning?
Simply click on the Request An Estimate on the top of this website and complete the form - very easy - we'll contact you for a detailed estimate.
Will I always have the same cleaning team?
We make every effort to have the same team clean your home each visit. Occasionally there may be a change in a team member due to illness, vacations, and staff changes. Elite Upkeep Crew team leader's job is to learn your home, be familiar with it, and to train the other team members how to deliver the quality that you expect.
What cleaning supplies or equipment do I need to provide?
None. Elite Upkeep Crew will arrive at your home with our own cleaning products and equipment. Vacuum, mop, bucket, broom, and step stool.
Can my pets be out while my house is being cleaned?
We love pets, and will be very careful around them. Please let us know in advance what kind of pets you have so we can take care to not startle them or accidentally let them outside. We also ask that you secure them as appropriate in case visitors make them nervous.
Are the cleaning teams trained and supervised?
Yes! Each of our team members goes through an extensive training period before entering a customer’s home. We have a lot invested in our teams and it shows in each and every clean. Training is ongoing as new products and methods emerge on the market. Each team includes a working team leader who supervises the team on site and completes a quality check throughout the service. A field manager will periodically visit your home while your team is cleaning. Field managers also perform quality checks to ensure that you receive the best possible service. With field manager visits, you can feel comfortable knowing that you’ll always receive the highest quality clean.
Is your cleaning service guaranteed?
Yes. We back all our work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you aren’t happy with any area we’ve cleaned, call us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean it at no cost.
Are your employees insured and bonded?
Yes, Elite Upkeep Crew is insured and bonded. We understand that it is a privilege to be in your home, and we are always careful. In the unlikely event that an object is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours.
Am I responsible for worker’s compensation or insurance?
No. We handle all worker’s compensation and insurance.
Are your cleaning service teams authorized to work in the US?
Yes. We comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) and verify that employees are authorized to work in the U.S. All of our employees must fill out an I-9, the employment eligibility verification form, and provide necessary eligibility documents, before starting work.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
We will ask for a credit card when scheduling to hold your appointment time, but you may pay by personal check, credit card or other electronic methods at the time of service. We only charge you after the cleaning has been rendered and you will receive an email invoice shortly thereafter.
How do I change my billing information?
To switch your billing information, simply give us a call before your next appointment.
Do I tip the cleaning specialists?
There is no need to tip team members, they are paid employees of Elite Upkeep Crew. However, if you are thrilled with our service, it is acceptable to tip. Elite Upkeep Crew employees are not permitted to solicit tips under any circumstances. Please note that any tip is nonrefundable after the service is completed.
